Project Description

The brief was to design and install a frameless glass sunroom on the roof of Cromer House, a three storey town house in the centre of Topsham, Devon.

Working alongside the project architects, Paul Humpries Architects Ltd, we took the initial design ideas and translated these into a workable scheme, which would keep to the original vision.

The design included the need for a frameless, insulated glass door, something not generally available, which we designed from scratch. This was a particularly interesting element of a very interesting design process.

The structure uses bespoke stainless steel fixings to connect the glass fins and beams. These are manufactured to the highest standard and give a clean and crisp feel to the interior.
